POLICE OVERSIGHT/MONITORING
We live during difficult times. Now more than ever it is important to address policing issues. The United States Department of Justice, State Attorney Generals' Offices and Courts have appointed us to serve throughout the United States. We have advised, supervised and managed the external force investigation teams reviewing allegations that certain police departments engaged in excessive force when apprehending and arresting individuals. As part of this important process we have conducted investigations, drafted protocols and handled all of the legal issues relating to these serious and important matters.
